Suicide Prevention UK

The National Suicide Prevention Helpline UK is a compassionate and understanding listening service for anyone struggling with their mental health, or experiencing thoughts of suicide. Volunteers provide a non-judgmental listening ear to help people in what could be their darkest hour. They aim to signpost individuals to the most relevant support available to them at that time, to get them the help they deserve.
