Pilgrim Heart Trust

The Pilgrim Hearts Trust provides support to the homeless and
vulnerable adults. They offer support with writing help for job applications,
producing a CV with computers and assistance to use them. They provide personal assistance to deal with interviews,
benefit changes, loss of accommodation or many of life’s traumas.
They signpost to other available services including a mobile doctor's.
