Friends in Need (Mind)

Friends in Need is a friendly peer support helping individuals to manage their mental health by offering fun
and sociable activities. The foundation of the group is based on the Five Ways to Wellbeing; to give,
be active, take notice, learn, and give back - all activities help to promote these values.
New members are always welcomed into a safe and supportive environment. They offer a Peers2Pals group for 17 - 25 year olds (in collaboration with Bracknell Forest Community Network, Connecting Minds) and a general group for anyone aged over 18 years.
