Emergency Duty Service

The Emergency Duty Service (also known as The Emergency Duty Team) provides an out of hours service for anyone who needs urgent social care, mental health or emergency housing support when the regular council offices are closed. They aim to ensure that anyone in crisis receives advice, support and intervention in a timely manner, especially when unable to safely wait until the next working day.
