Dementia UK

Dementia UK is a national charity providing support to individuals living with dementia, as well as to their families. Specialist Nurses, known as Admiral Nurses, are able to offer expert advice and understanding and work with the main aim of ensuring that nobody faces the difficulties of dementia alone.
