Chat Health

ChatHealth is a text messaging service which puts someone directly in touch with a member of the health visiting or school nursing teams for advice and information. They don't need to know the person's name and will be able to offer confidential advice and information straight to their phone, about any concerns they may have about the health of their baby or child. They can text a brief description of their question or concern in confidence and a health professional will text them back.
