Breakthrough Employment

Breakthrough is a supported employment service working with individuals who have a learning disability and / or autism. They can help individuals with finding suitable supported employment, achieving personal and work - related goals and meeting their full potential, and beyond. Other support which they can provide includes: interview preparation, Job Centre appointments and work preparation. Breakthrough work with the belief that everyone has the right to work, and to be paid for it.
