Mental Health Recovery Network

Mental Health Recovery Network (MHRN) works with partners in mental health and wider health and care systems. They support individuals living with a number of different mental health conditions to remain socially included by understanding their mental health and helping them to prevent relapses. Recovery
facilitators work with individuals to develop their confidence, life skills and resilience. They provide a programme of activities for Young Adults (18 - 30), 'Connecting Minds'. The same is also provided to those of other age ranges - Young at Heart (Over 35's) and 60 and Beyond (For the Over 60's).
